Our Mission
SERVE & CONNECT
Facebook Updates
3.11.2024 marks 13 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. This welcome board at the Ishinomaki Kadonowaki Elementary School Ruins Museum encapsulates the core mission of ICC in the first place: to share life with the people of Ishinomaki through tears and laughter, to connect communities and churches to build the future with the hope and love of Jesus Christ. The journey has not been easy. Many obstacles have stood in our way, leaving us discouraged and uncertain of God's plan for our ministry in Ishinomaki. Despite the many challenges, once again, as we reflect on how God showered his blessings and deliverance upon this region over the last 13 years, we are grateful to be here today, continuing our journey with those whom God has called us to be with.
